The greedy man and the old tiger
Once upon a time there was an old tiger. He was too weak to hunt for his food. He thought of a plan. He went and sat near the river in the reeds. There came a traveller. He was tired and dusty. As he bend down to drink the water, he saw the tiger. He got scared and tried to run away. The tiger called him back in a sweet voice and said, "Please do not run away, I am old and dying. I have a gold bangle, please take it or somebody will steal it from me. "The traveller was greedy. He went near the tiger. As soon as the man came near the tiger, the tiger pounded upon him and ate him.
Moral: Greed can cost you your life.
